Kodak High-speed Infrared film, also known as HIE, is a black-and-white film with extended sensitivity in the infrared zone. It was discontinued in 2007, and all that’s available for the last decade has expired a long time ago.

First film in this project was shot in a span of just two days (even though it’s a monthly film), but the developing process robbed me of at least a month of my life in terms of stress and annoyance, so it all balances out.
I’ve started the project “Twelve months of film” in 2024, and decided to write about my experience. So..let’s start from the top.
